Waxing removes hair from the root, so skin stays smooth for three to four weeks and regrowth comes back softer over time. At Drashti every waxing starts with a quick skin check, and we use fresh spatulas and strips for every guest.
Rica is an Italian liposoluble wax made with plant oils. It is applied at a lower temperature and grips the hair rather than the skin, so it suits sensitive skin and leaves less redness. Classic wax is our everyday option — effective and quick, at a lower price.

Skin check
We ask about sensitivity, recent sun, peels or retinoid creams, and choose classic or Rica with you.

Prep
Skin is cleansed and dried so the wax grips the hair, not the skin.

Wax
Small sections, in the direction of growth, removed quickly against it for a clean finish.
- 04
Soothe
A calming after-wax lotion closes the session.
After your
wax.
- Skip hot showers, steam, swimming and the gym for 24 hours.
- Keep waxed skin out of strong sun, and leave scrubs and exfoliating acids for 48 hours.
- Moisturise daily, and gently exfoliate from the third day to prevent ingrown hairs.
- Come back in three to four weeks, when hair is about 4 mm long, for the smoothest result.

Rica is an Italian liposoluble wax made with plant oils and resins. It is applied at a lower temperature than classic wax and holds the hair rather than the skin, so it is gentler on sensitive skin and leaves less redness.
Classic waxing starts at ₹50 for underarms and Rica at ₹100, and full-body waxing is ₹2,000 classic or ₹3,000 Rica. With our 25th-anniversary offer every price is 50% off.
About 4 mm — roughly two to three weeks of growth after shaving. Shorter hair is hard for wax to grip; much longer hair can be trimmed first.
Most guests find it more comfortable, because the wax is cooler and grips the hair rather than the skin. How it feels still depends on the area and how often you wax — regular waxing gets easier.
Yes. Drashti is a women-only studio, run by women, and waxing is done in a private room.
Please tell us first. Retinoids, recent peels and sunburn make skin fragile, and we may suggest waiting or waxing a small test area.
